Description

This notice is being issued to advise trade chain partners (importers and brokers) that the Energy Efficiency Program, which was administered by Natural Resources Canada has been transferred to Environment and Climate Change Canada.

Until CBSA updates its commercial system (clients will be notified and provided ample time to make system changes), clients can continue to submit their release request to NRCan for processing.
